Auction Rules and Procedures

General Procedures:

The auction will be open from Tuesday, February 1st, 2011 at 8:00 PM Central Standard time until Monday, February 7th, 2011 at 7:00 PM Central Standard time.

ALL proceeds from this auction benefit Emerson Dean and will be paid directly to Barbara Dean, Emerson's Mommy.

Please see How to Bid for rules on how to begin bidding. In order to claim your winning item, it is essential that you leave a working email and/or phone number to redeem your item.
No payment information will be required at the time of bidding.
Each item has a minimum bid.
Please do not bid unless you are serious about purchasing the item.

At the close of the auction, winning bidders will be contacted and will be able to pay for their items by check or money order. If paying by check or money order, please make the check or money order payable to Emerson's mother, Barbara Dean. However you can make a payment by using paypal and it is easier and more convient and you do not need a paypal account to do so. Please just click the paypal button provided on the right hand side of the blogction page.  It says donation. Please do not send cash.

You will be contacted within 24 hours of auction's close if you are a winner of an item or service. Winners will have 48 hours from that contact to respond, letting us know your payment plans (check, money order or PayPal and date you plan to pay). If 48 hours go by without a response, after that time, second place bidders will be contacted and the item will be offered to the second place bidder.

Once a paying winner is determined, the donor will be contacted to let them know the address of the final winner.

Donors, please send your item to the winner after you have heard word that payment has been received. You will be contacted soon!

Getting your Item:

Your item will be mailed to you after your payment has been received. The donor of the item assumes responsibility for shipping costs (this is in order to keep things as uncomplicated as possible) unless otherwise noted.
